Weather

We will have outdoor heaters in the tents, but suggest wearing warm clothes with layers, such as a rebozo or overcoat.  We will be at the end of rainy season, so you may also want to tuck an umbrella into your bag.



Face Paint

We will have several make-up artists at the event, so you do not have to paint your own face.  If you are coming with a group, and would like an afternoon appointment, please let us know and we can make arrangements for an artist or two, to come to your home.  Face painting is not included in the price.



Costume

Catrinas come in all shapes and sizes, and various professions.  The more creative you are, the more fun everyone will have.  For the classic Catrina, a ball gown or tux is certainly suitable, but guests are not limited to extravagant clothing.  Dress as Frida and Diego, a nurse, doctor, nun, La Llorona, Medusa, a Devil or Devil Bride - the possibilities are endless.  Just check the gallery below for some ideas that have been created in Capula!
